These terms govern your use of the Neighborly Works Studio website and the home office planning services described on it. By browsing this site you agree to the following conditions.

We provide space-planning documentation for residential workspaces. We are not a general contractor, electrician, carpenter, or furniture retailer.
Website content
Layout descriptions, pricing figures in EUR, and project summaries on this site are indicative. Final fees are confirmed in writing before work begins. We aim to keep information accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website.
Text and layout sheets produced under paid commissions remain our intellectual property until full payment clears, after which clients receive a licence to use plans for their own apartment project.
Service agreements
Commissions begin when a written quote is accepted and the agreed deposit is received. Cancellation more than five weekdays before a scheduled measurement receives a full deposit refund minus €35 administration. Later cancellation forfeits the deposit.
We carry professional liability insurance appropriate to interior planning consultancies in Denmark. Physical installation, electrical work, and furniture delivery remain the client's responsibility unless separately contracted with third parties we introduce.
Liability limits
Our liability for any claim arising from planning services is limited to the fee paid for the relevant commission. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost income from delayed joinery, though we will help resolve measurement errors we caused at our own cost.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Copenhagen unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country require otherwise.
